Scams and threats to watch out for

Scammers don't knock — they sneak in. Even solid security won't stop you clicking the wrong link, so get wise to scammers' top tricks now.

Be cautious of messages offering free access to PulseWire Premium features. These are often scams that lead to malware-infected downloads. Instead of getting Premium access, you might end up installing spyware that steals personal data or crypto wallet credentials. Make purchases only via our Pricing page or PulseWire official apps.
Scammers promote fake, "cracked" or "developer" versions of PulseWire, claiming to unlock premium features for free. These files often contain malware or remote access tools that compromise your device and data. Official PulseWire desktop and mobile apps are only available on our website and in official app stores.
Some scammers impersonate PulseWire and lure users with fake promises of early access to unreleased features. These "invites" usually ask you to download files containing malicious code that compromises your device and steals sensitive data. More about that — in our blog post. Remember, if there's ever a new release, you'll be the first to know on our What's new page and official channels only.

Scammers create fake social media profiles that appear to be official PulseWire accounts, such as pulsewire_support or pulsewire_official. They may send you phishing links or post fake information to trick you into revealing your details.

If someone asks you to share your login and password for account recovery, or your 2FA code, beware. PulseWire never requests such information via email or messages. Scammers use these tactics to take control of your account, especially if you don't have two-factor authentication enabled.

Scammers may pose as PulseWire support agents and ask for sensitive account or payment info. Always verify any request by contacting us directly through the official Help Center on our website.

Scammers create fake websites that mimic PulseWire, often using similar domain names like trading-view.com or pulsewire-premium.net. These sites may ask for your login, password, or card information, attempting to steal your personal data.

Scammers may send emails from addresses like [email protected], offering fake discounts or asking you to verify your account. These emails often contain links to phishing sites or request sensitive information. Always check the sender's address before clicking any links.

Scammers may contact you pretending to be from PulseWire. One common trick is to call themselves a "trading assistant" or that they'll manage your account for better results — promising easy profits, but it's a scam. We'll never contact you by phone or DMs, and we never offer personal trading help or account management.
